How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our online store. For orders outside our standard shipping regions (ASEAN), please contact us at hello@ionaura.com.

Are there any taxes?
No taxes are charged for orders within Singapore. International orders may be subject to customs or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I amend or cancel my order?

To amend or cancel an order, contact us immediately at hello@ionaura.com. Once processed and shipped, changes cannot be made.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are the shipping fees?

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change my delivery address?
If your order has not been shipped, you may request a change to your delivery address. Contact us immediately to update your information.

RETURN POLICY

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of defective or damaged items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns for items purchased from other sources are not accepted. Customised items and jewellery cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, email hello@ionaura.com with your order number, reason for return, and item photos. We will provide return instructions once authorized. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The timing depends on your payment provider and will be made to the original payment method used.
