Things to take note when sending for laundry service

 10 minutes in room temperature water and add neutral detergent. Rinse twice, 3 minutes each time. Draining 5 minutes.

Additional Notes:
  • Please wash clothing and bedding items before wearing or using them. This is to maintain the quality of goods and ensure personal hygiene.
  • For products made using NEORON, a special fiber that is not resistant to high temperature, please wash with care.
  • Even if neutral detergent is used or washed in low temperature, this will not reduce the quality of the NEORON fibers.
  • Avoid leaving laundry items soaking or keeping them wet for a long time after washing.

Handling Caution:

  • Hand wash or machine wash with a delicate cycle at a maximum washing temperature of 30°C are recommended. Hand wash is recommended to prolong the shelf-life of the garment.
  • Use of pH neutral detergent is recommended. Avoid using detergent that contains fluorescent brightening agents, chlorine bleach, or softener.
  • For dosage instructions of detergent, please follow the manufacturer’s recommended dosage on the label.
  • To hand wash garment, wash gently for not more than 5 minutes. Do not rub or wring the garment as it could stretch the fabric.
  • For stains or any dirty spots, wash separately by hand in advance before washing the garment.
  • Wash separately from other dark-coloured clothing as colour(s) may run or transfer during the wash.
  • For proper drying, gently press down the garment on a towel to squeeze as much water out as possible. Alternatively, leave the garment in the laundry net, place it in the washing machine, select the lowest setting, and spin-dry for about 1 minute. Shake out the garment and dry flat under well-ventilated shade.
  • Garments that contain cotton may be slightly stretched or twisted after wash. Gently pat these items with your hand, pull and straighten out wrinkles, properly shape, and dry them after wash.
  • Avoid using a dryer, iron, or placing the garment under direct sunlight as it may cause yellowing, fading, and weakening of the fabric. (Return or exchange of damaged garment caused by the above-mentioned conditions is not allowed)
  • To keep the garment in optimal condition, dry well and store in a low-moist area.
  • Intense friction and fabric snags caused by accessories (wristwatch, accessories, handbag, etc.) or nails may disrupt the composition of the textile. Put on and remove garment carefully to reduce wear and tear.
  • Due to the characteristic of the material, pilling may occur.
  • Heat-sensitive material: avoid exposing the garment to temperatures above 60°C.
  • Fabrics composed of wool material require extra care to keep clothes moths away. Hand wash is recommended as wool has a tendency to shrink.
  • Wash garments with embellishments gently to prevent damage.
  • To fix loose thread, pull the sides of the affected area lightly in horizontal and vertical directions; the thread will return to its original state. Do not cut the loose thread as it may result in a bigger hole.

  • Avoid heat source above 60°C.
  • Avoid washing with dark-coloured, dirty, or greasy clothes.
  • Avoid using softener, bleaching agent, or antistatic agent.

Washing Machine:
  1. Add the recommended amount of Detergent to the washing machine.
  2. Add the clothes to the washing machine. Set your desired washing program and press 'Start' to run the program. Rub some Bio Clean Detergent on collar, sleeves, and/or areas with dirt and stains before washing for better cleaning results.
  3. After the washing cycle is completed, hang and dry the clothes in a well-ventilated area. Do not overexpose the clothes under direct sunlight as the heat may damage the fiber.
Hand Wash:
  1. Add an adequate amount of Bio Clean Detergent into clean water as recommended in the table above.
  2. Soak the clothes into the mixture. Rub some Bio Clean Detergent on collar, sleeves, and/or areas with dirt and stains before washing for better cleaning results.
  3. Rinse the clothes thoroughly with clean water.
  4. Spin the clothes once in the washing machine for approximately 1-2 minutes to remove excess water.
  5. Hang and dry the clothes in a good ventilated area. Do not overexpose the clothes under direct sunlight as the heat may damage the fiber.
